Swim Team Practice Times:

6:30-8:00a Limited and 13+ for 13+ and non-IA Club members

12:35-1:20p 9 & Unders for IA Club members

1:25-2:25p 10 & Ups for IA Club members

If you know someone that is wanting to join the swim team (or you have a sibling of a current team member), we encourage you to share your love of IA. Swimming is more fun with friends!

If you are new to the swim team, Coach Katie will reach out to schedule an assessment as needed. During the assessment we will assign you a 10-minute time slot and we will be checking for two things: 1- your child can make it across the pool (it does not have to be an actual stroke) and 2- that they can put their face in the water. If they can do those two things we will offer them a spot on the swim team! If not then we would steer them towards either group noon lessons or private lessons in the hopes that they will be ready for next year!
